📋 Description

• Markups: Interpret and implement red-pen amendments accurately. • Plans: Produce precise site plans and floor plans. • Engineering: Integrate external engineering inputs into working drawings. • Standards: Ensure all documentation aligns with Australian building codes. • Collaboration: Communicate efficiently with the construction team remotely. • Additional responsibilities / learnings: The client may request additional work in Estimating and Project Administration if you possess the skills and are willing to learn.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years drafting for Australian residential builds. • Tech: Advanced skills in AutoCAD or Revit. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of local construction methods and building codes. • Traits: Sharp eye for detail and strong time management.
