📋 Description
• Create and revise construction drawings for residential and commercial projects • Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details • Translate design concepts, markups, and redlines into accurate drawings • Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards • Coordinate updates and revisions throughout project lifecycles • Maintain organized drawing sets and version control • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Drafter in residential and/or commercial projects • Chief Architect experience preferred (or similar drafting software) • Strong understanding of construction documentation and drafting standards • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively • Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment • Experience with permitting and plan submission processes • Familiarity with other drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) • Knowledge of residential and commercial building systems
