📋 Description

• Build and update responsive websites, landing pages, and web forms • Manage CMS themes, plugins, integrations, updates, backups, and routine maintenance • Monitor website uptime and resolve technical issues across approximately 70 websites • Support the Guesty website migration and associated digital transformation activities • Resolve critical website issues to ensure business continuity • Improve page speed, usability, accessibility, conversion performance, and mobile responsiveness • Apply technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) best practices • Use analytics and performance data to recommend and implement improvements • Provide technical support for approximately 70 websites across 35 trading brands throughout Australia and New Zealand • Respond promptly to website issues and prioritise critical incidents • Communicate with marketing stakeholders and provide timely progress updates • Maintain website stability, security, availability, and performance during a large-scale migration project

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional website development experience • Strong experience with WordPress or similar CMS • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP • Experience managing website maintenance, plugins, themes, hosting, and DNS • Experience building landing pages and web forms • Good understanding of SEO, GEO, website security, and performance optimisation • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work independently and quickly adapt in a fast-paced project environment
