📋 Description
• Conduct internal alignments and prepare the implementation playbook; • Request, receive and validate documentation submitted by the client; • Prepare communication materials; • Submit information to the carrier and handle any rejections or issues; • Prepare, validate and forward legal documents; • Receive policy numbers, verify them and make them available to the client; • Request, receive and send the initial invoice; • Hold the finalization (onboarding) meeting; • Make the registrations and submit them to the system; • Receive requests to open and cancel enrollments, process them with the carriers, and provide feedback to the client regarding the opening/cancellation.
🎯 Requirements
• Higher education (in progress or completed) • Previous experience at an insurance brokerage • Availability to work hybrid (2 days on-site per week)
