📋 Description

• Receive and verify documents processed by clients related to accounting and financial transactions; • Classify documents according to the Chart of Accounts and record accounting entries, as well as prepare information for determining the company's periodic results (trial balances, income statements, various reports, and others); • Analyze any discrepancies and make the necessary corrections; • Perform the period-end accounting close for the preparation of reports and filing/payment of taxes due; • Reconcile payments and receipts with bank statements, provisions for personnel expenses and payroll, adjustments for corrections and depreciation of fixed assets; follow up on settlements of advances, etc., to produce the respective reports, declarations, payment requests, and general statements; • Correct any discrepancies and liaise with other departments; • Participate in annual accounting closings and ensure compliance with legal obligations; • Prepare the company's financial statements, such as the Balance Sheet, Statement of Income, and Notes to the Financial Statements in accordance with applicable legislation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Experience in the accounting field • Advantage: experience with the SCI and Gestta systems
