📋 Description

• Aligning the job profile with the hiring manager; • Posting job openings and screening resumes; • Contacting candidates to schedule interviews; • Conducting interviews for all positions within the department; • Using competency-based assessment methodology; • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with the requisitioner; • Preparing interview briefs and evaluation reports; • Using candidate sourcing platforms and tracking vacancy stages; • Facilitating group exercises; • Partnering with institutions and NGOs to source new candidate profiles; • Coordinating pre-employment examinations and clarifying questions about hiring documentation; • Closing the vacancy and providing feedback to all candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Management, or Psychology; • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; • Experience in recruitment within staffing/consulting agencies; • Experience with high-volume recruitment processes;
