📋 Description

• Support the Merchandising team by monitoring the day-to-day activities of promoters, maintaining internal indicators, overseeing in-store execution, evaluating field team effectiveness, and conducting surveys. • Track the execution of merchandising strategies by monitoring key indicators in the system. Additionally, perform maintenance of internal systems, ensuring content updates as well as generating reports and metrics for the area. • Update the promoter management system (user registrations, products, surveys, among others) and create and analyze monitoring reports for the execution team, pricing, stockouts, POS materials (MPDV) and other relevant metrics. • Provide support to the field team by sending documentation, managing access to internal systems, coordinating uniforms, and handling other operational needs for field activities. • Use the Merchandising system to produce reports with monitoring indicators of team effectiveness at the Point of Sale (POS), optimizing time to ensure the expected performance results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields. • Familiarity with user registration processes, product records, and internal or external surveys, among other related processes. • Microsoft Excel: Intermediate or Advanced. • Microsoft PowerPoint: Intermediate or Advanced. • Languages/Skills: English – Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced. • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., AI Agents, AI Automation, etc.). (Not mandatory) • Familiarity with Trade Marketing tools or solutions (e.g., Involves, Smarket, Easy Linx, StandOut, etc.). (Not mandatory) • Languages/Skills: Spanish – Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced. (Not mandatory)
