📋 Description

• Perform administrative controls related to corporate benefits; • Update spreadsheets and monitoring reports; • Conduct enrollment checks and validate information; • Support benefit inclusion, change and termination processes; • Manage documentation and administrative processes for the area; • Provide employee support to clarify benefits-related questions; • Assist suppliers and partners with operational routines; • Help prepare KPIs and management controls; • Organize files, documents and internal processes; • Support the Benefits team's administrative requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields; • Previous experience in administrative or benefits routines; • Intermediate Excel; • Strong organizational and control skills; • Attention to detail; • Good communication and interpersonal skills; • Comfortable handling operational and repetitive tasks. • Knowledge of LG systems; • Prior experience administering employee benefits; • Experience in HR or Personnel Administration departments; • Knowledge of administrative KPIs; • Experience with employee service/support.
