📋 Description

• Responsible for multichannel support (telephone, email, website and WhatsApp) for healthcare professionals, commercial clients, hospitals, pharmacies and consumers, ensuring accurate recording of interactions and appropriate handling of requests. • Will provide customer support for inquiries about products, pharmacovigilance, suspected quality deviations and market recalls, following company procedures and ensuring a clear and empathetic service experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Health-related field, preferably Pharmacy or Nursing, with active registration in the relevant professional council. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). • Experience in customer service within the pharmaceutical sector or in administrative activities related to customer service is desirable. • Basic English and basic Spanish. • Experience with SAP CRM is desirable.
