📋 Description

• Verify and validate client registration information for client onboarding and case openings; • Register client contracts in the system; • Support tender/bid processes by collecting the required documentation; • Ensure accuracy when entering the clauses of new contracts into the system; • Enter contract billing notes; • Track contracts with the firm's suppliers; • Send confidentiality agreements to clients to enable the provision of information required for approval/homologation, and respond to homologation questionnaires.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields; • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; • Intermediate English (preferred).
