📋 Description

• Receive, analyze and validate information related to deadlines and payment amounts for fines/infractions; • Ensure correct processing of payments within established deadlines; • Record and reconcile payments in internal systems and control spreadsheets; • Perform reconciliations between received fines, payments made and issued receipts/proof of payment; • Support the preparation of management reports with information on payments, outstanding amounts, due dates and area KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields); • Previous experience with administrative and/or financial routines; • Excel skills (intermediate to advanced); • Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks; • Good communication skills and ability to work to deadlines. • Preferred qualifications: • Experience with financial reconciliations; • Experience with payment control, accounts payable or related activities; • Knowledge of management systems (ERP).
