📋 Description

• Commercial Actions: Support in creating the promotional calendar aligned with trends and seasonality; • Curation and Narrative: Selection of products and themes for visual and sales campaigns; • Creative Alignment: Creation of clear briefs for the Design and Content (copywriting) teams; • Campaign Management: Setup, activation and monitoring of the lifecycle of digital campaigns; • Conversion Optimization: URL parameterization (e.g., UTM tagging), structuring landing pages, banners and visual organization of platforms; • Production Logistics: Organizing products for photo shoots of new collections; • Visibility: Managing featured placements and product boosts for strategic items on platforms; • Data Analysis: Monitoring basic KPIs to identify continuous improvements; • B2B Focus: Coordination and adaptation of campaigns and storefronts for the business-to-business sales channel; • Integration: Collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure an integrated (omnichannel) communication aligned with OneDFT culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related areas; • Strong organizational skills and time management to handle multiple fronts and fast-paced deadlines; • Good analytical skills to interpret performance indicators and turn basic data into actionable plans; • Excellent interpersonal communication to act as a point of contact between different areas; • Alignment with OneDFT Culture: We value teamwork, genuine collaboration, active listening and the ability to think holistically ("one team, one goal"). • Nice to have: Previous experience or genuine interest in e-commerce, retail and digital shopping journeys; • Basic familiarity with e-commerce management platforms and page creation; • Introductory knowledge of data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics).
