📋 Description

• Manage and track maintenance tickets opened by users, ensuring deadlines and quality of service; • Conduct regular rounds at the headquarters to inspect the condition of facilities and identify needs; • Consolidate and produce periodic reports summarizing executed activities and addressed requests; • Serve as the focal point for infrastructure requests from internal departments; • Manage facilities contracts and service providers, including: electrical, plumbing and building maintenance; air conditioning and HVAC systems; specialized cleaning (carpets, ducts); landscaping; furniture and minor renovations; fire protection systems; air quality and water potability; • Evaluate third-party performance based on quality, timeliness and compliance indicators; • Technically validate proposals and service scopes before execution; • Ensure that contracted services are executed according to the agreed scope; • Coordinate with Procurement for supplier contracting and management; • Work together with Asset Management and Maintenance Planning to define priorities and interventions; • Interface with SESMT (Occupational Safety and Health team) to ensure safety compliance during service execution; • Liaise with the building condominium/management on shared infrastructure and systems under the condominium's responsibility; • Monitor and validate mandatory technical reports, such as: air quality; water potability; fire protection systems; • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements; • Manage safety signage and support building emergency management; • Create requisitions and follow up on purchase orders related to facilities activities; • Validate measurements and completed services for payment purposes; • Receive and validate invoices, ensuring contractual adherence; • Monitor the department budget and propose cost optimizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background: Engineering, Architecture or related fields • Experience in facilities management and building maintenance - 2 years • Knowledge of supplier and contract management • Intermediate knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
