📋 Description

• Conduct selection processes for operational, administrative and lower-complexity technical positions. • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers' requirements. • Post job openings on recruitment platforms, social networks and internal channels. • Screen resumes and proactively source candidates (active hunting). • Conduct competency-based interviews and initial assessments. • Prepare evaluations and present candidates to hiring managers. • Monitor recruitment and selection metrics. • Ensure the selection process progresses within established timelines. • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. • Contact candidates to provide feedback and schedule interviews. • Support internal recruitment processes, internship and trainee programs, and diversity initiatives when applicable. • Keep the recruitment system updated with information on selection processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields. • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, internships or activities related to Human Resources. • Competency-based interviewing techniques. • Candidate screening and profiling/mapping. • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). • Recruitment tools and selection platforms. • Knowledge of Gupy is desirable.
