📋 Description

• Maintain control and record tax payments generated by fiscal areas (direct, indirect and paralegal taxes) • Receive, organize and manage the flow of tax payment slips/documents to ensure payments are made within established deadlines • Ensure payments are submitted to the Finance department by the daily cutoff time • Support the recording/posting of invoices for products, services and other fiscal documents • Verify and organize fiscal and financial documents • Liaise with areas such as Logistics and Finance to validate information • Support general tax operations routines, including issuance or control of fiscal documents when required

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics or related fields • Experience with payment routines/processes • Experience with SAP • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Good communication skills for cross‑departmental interaction • Organized and attentive to deadlines
