📋 Description

• Analyze customer service operations indicators (TMA, TME, PCA, NS, etc.) — e.g., TMA (Average Handle Time - AHT), TME (Average Wait Time), NS (Service Level - SL) • Evaluate contact curves and Average Handle Time • Create and review schedules in WFM (NICE) • Manage staffing by operation/site and time slots (proposing synergies, changes, or contingency plans) • Coordinate vacation/leave tracking with HR • Analyze day‑ahead (D‑1) impacts on accessibility indicators (such as PCA/NS) and explain root causes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an exact/quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering) • Intermediate Excel skills • Intermediate knowledge of call center sizing/capacity planning • Intermediate experience managing and publishing schedules in WFM • Experience in inbound planning/control desk (preferred) • Experience managing third‑party providers (BPOs) (preferred) • Experience with contact center platforms (NICE, Genesys, Avaya) (preferred)
