📋 Description

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for connectivity at Vivo stores, ensuring high availability and network service performance; • Monitor, diagnose and resolve incidents in LAN, WAN and SD-WAN environments; • Perform configuration and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routing and switching (with a focus on BGP, static and dynamic routes); • Administer and support equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls and access points in Cisco and Fortinet environments; • Configure and maintain VLANs, DHCP services, network segmentation and traffic optimization; • Handle incidents following ITIL best practices; • Collaborate with internal teams, telecom operators and vendors for swift problem resolution; • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, network diagrams and standard operating procedures; • Ensure compliance with established security policies, performance requirements and operational standards.

• Enrolled in or holding a degree in Technology or a related field.
