📋 Description

• Experience with Fortinet solutions, especially in WAN connectivity and SD-WAN environments, including: • Administration and operation of Fortinet devices • SD-WAN (FortiOS) – performance rules, SLA, health-check and load balancing • IPSec VPNs (site-to-site and client) • Firewall policies, NAT • Applying configurations via FortiManager • FortiAnalyzer / local logging • Monitoring link performance and availability • Performing troubleshooting of: • Packet loss, latency and jitter • VPN tunnel instability • SD-WAN failover issues • WAN connectivity (Internet/MPLS) • VPN tunnels (IPSec / SD-WAN overlay) • Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) • Quality of Service (QoS) and application performance • Execute controlled changes (change management), ensuring traceability and risk mitigation • Work proactively to identify degradations and potential failures based on monitoring and indicators • Interact with carriers, vendors and internal teams (Level 1 and Level 3) to resolve incidents • Document incidents, root cause analyses (RCA) and operational procedures • Support automation of operational routines and the evolution of monitoring tools • Apply security best practices in Fortinet environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in a field related to Information Technology • Fortinet NSE 3 (Associate) certification or higher • Intermediate English (reading, writing and technical troubleshooting) • Solid knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, routing and switching) • Experience with SD-WAN (configuration, operation and troubleshooting) • Proficiency with Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) • Experience with network-applied Cyber Security • Experience with NOC operations (monitoring, incidents and SLAs) • Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools • Knowledge of ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change)
