📋 Description

• Issue import, export and service orders. • Prepare payment estimates for import/export customs clearance and final costs. • Assist in reviewing and preparing shipping documentation for imports and exports. • Update departmental controls and KPIs. • Support foreign exchange closing processes and international and domestic payments. • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures. • Provide support to Accounting, Finance, Tax and Logistics departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of import, export and international documentation. • Knowledge of Incoterms. • Intermediate Excel skills. • Intermediate English for reading and writing. • Basic knowledge of customs legislation and taxation applied to foreign trade. • It will be a plus if you have: • Experience with TOTVS. • Knowledge of Siscomex / Portal Único (Single Window). • Intermediate Spanish. • Previous internship or administrative experience in international trade (COMEX). • Knowledge of Power BI.
