📋 Description

• Manage and administer the company’s benefits, ensuring correct enrollment, changes and removals of employees and dependents. • Execute the purchase, verification and monthly control of benefits, ensuring accuracy of information and billed amounts. • Handle transactions related to health, dental and life insurance plans, including hires, terminations, record updates and dependent additions/removals. • Reconcile benefit vendor invoices, validating information, quantities and charged amounts. • Prepare and forward benefit billings to the Finance department, ensuring deadlines are met. • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about benefits and related processes. • Maintain up-to-date controls and reports, supporting the management of Personnel/HR information. • Support other administrative routines within Personnel/HR, contributing to the organization and efficiency of internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in progress or completed in Administration, Human Resources, People Management or related fields. • Experience or knowledge in Personnel/HR routines, with emphasis on benefits administration. • Intermediate knowledge of Excel. • Experience with the Protheus system is a differential. • Organized profile with attention to detail and ability to keep controls and processes updated. • Goal-oriented and committed to deadlines and quality of deliverables. • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to handle area demands. • Good communication skills and ability to assist employees and liaise with vendors and internal departments.
