📋 Description

• Receive and review requests via email and national and international quotation platforms; • Enter quotes into the CMS platform — for international shipments; • Send quotation requests via email — for domestic shipments; • For quotes involving machinery and equipment for domestic freight, include cargo information in the machinery FUP; • Monitor and carry out FUP procedures; • Maintain current spreadsheets; • Maintain current spreadsheets; • Knowledge of Incoterms and maritime, air and road transport modes; • Interact with various players across the logistics chain.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project cargo quoting (Break Bulk, Ro-Ro); • Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Business Administration with emphasis in Foreign Trade, or related fields; • English proficiency — desirable; • Knowledge of Power BI and AI — desirable; • Intermediate Excel.
