📋 Description

• Implement new companies, re-implementations, nominations, cross-selling and upselling for health, dental, life and Boon benefits; additionally, open and cancel sub-policyholders for companies already implemented in Boon for the benefits mentioned above. • Review contractual agreements, perform internal alignment and prepare the implementation book. • Request, receive and validate documentation submitted by the client. • Prepare communication materials. • Submit to the carrier and address any issues or rejections. • Prepare, validate and forward legal documents. • Receive policy numbers, verify them and provide them to the client. • Request, receive and send the first billing. • Conduct the closing/onboarding meeting. • Create records and submit them for system registration. • Receive requests to open/cancel sub-policyholders and follow up with carriers to provide feedback to the client.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed. • Previous experience at an insurance brokerage and in implementation. • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in-office per week).
