📋 Description
• 経営戦略・事業計画に基づく採用戦略の立案・実行 • 採用チャネル（BizReach、YouTrust、Green、OpenWork、LinkedInなど）を活用したダイレクトリクルーティング • 母集団形成からクロージングまでの一連の採用プロセスの設計・運用 • Workable（ATS）を用いた候補者管理およびデータ分析 • 採用広報（求人票改善、媒体選定、ブランディング強化） • 経営陣（CEO・CROなど）および各部門との連携・調整 • 採用業務の改善提案および新しいチャネルの開拓 • RPO・エージェント管理 • 社員のオンボーディングおよびオンボーディング体制の改善
🎯 Requirements
• 事業会社またはエージェントでの採用実務経験（目安：3〜5年程度） • IT業界の採用経験 • ダイレクトリクルーティングの経験 • 各部門・候補者との円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方 • スタートアップでの採用経験（歓迎） • ビジネスレベルの英語力（歓迎） • エンジニア採用経験（歓迎） • 変化の多い環境でも軌道修正しつつ、能動的に行動できる方 • 求職者と会社の双方がWin-Winになることにやりがいを感じる方 • 常にベストを目指し、泥臭く手を動かすことを厭わない方 • アンラーニングや社内外リソースを活用し、常に最新知識を取り入れることを楽しめる方
