📋 Description

• Lead client engagements as the strategic RevOps and GTM owner • Translate business goals into operational and technological strategies • Architect scalable revenue systems across marketing, sales, and customer success, aligned with finance, data, and IT/engineering • Conduct executive discovery sessions to identify revenue drivers, bottlenecks, and growth constraints • Evaluate operating models against revenue, headcount, and average deal value • Define and document end-to-end revenue architecture, including roles, processes, handoffs, and technology • Develop and communicate practical, actionable, and measurable growth roadmaps using Now, Near, and Far milestones • Advise C-suite and VP-level client leaders on RevOps maturity, GTM optimization, and scalable revenue operations • Form, communicate, and defend strategic points of view under executive, board, and sponsor scrutiny • Identify follow-on work and connect it to client-owned metrics • Lead optimization of lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, customer handoff, renewals, and expansion processes • Evaluate and improve RevOps frameworks from blank slate through mature operations • Diagnose root causes across SPORT dimensions and recommend changes to ownership, process, team structure, or measurement • Align marketing, sales, customer success, and finance leaders around shared revenue metrics and objectives • Build unified operating models connecting marketing, sales, CS, and financial data • Validate assumptions and distinguish findings from items requiring confirmation • Tie initiatives to measurable outcomes including pipeline velocity, conversion rates, retention, and margin impact • Lead internal Tiger Teams comprising Solutions Architects, Technical Solutions Architects, Developers, and GTM Engineers • Define design intent, requirements, data model intent, and sequencing while delegating implementation to technical owners • Delegate across technical and operational roles and ensure accountability • Own quality of client-facing roadmaps, readouts, and executive summaries • Mentor and lead delivery teams to translate strategy into high-quality execution • Shape RevOps strategy delivery at scale and elevate client relationships • Evaluate, select, and architect integrations across revenue technology systems • Assess data quality, process definitions, and ownership for AI and automation readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or revenue leadership roles • Director/VP/Principal-level experience required • Proven experience designing and leading GTM and RevOps transformation initiatives for B2B organizations • Strong business analytics, systems engineering, or BizOps background preferred over traditional creative marketing • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior executives and secure recommendations that were funded and acted on • Experience in consulting or agency environments where client-facing leadership and strategic delivery were core to success • Working fluency across the revenue technology ecosystem • Deep familiarity with the HubSpot ecosystem, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs • Strong working knowledge of complementary RevTech platforms • Hands-on configuration experience welcome but not required • Exposure to private equity or board-level audiences is a strong advantage • Ability to form a defensible point of view from limited information, state assumptions, and revise or defend it under executive scrutiny • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex problems and design clear, actionable growth strategies • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building frameworks and strategy from a blank slate • Fluency across the revenue technology stack • Ability to understand integration logic and assess data movement, record definitions, scalability, and integration costs
