📋 Description

• Contribute to the development and execution of the Climate Interventions Team’s strategy • Lead identification, development and end-to-end coordination of capacity-building initiatives with think tanks, civil society organisations and regional networks outside Europe • Serve as a trusted point of contact for partner organisations • Support programme teams in translating partnerships into concrete collaborations, including joint initiatives, co-hosted events, stakeholder consultations and co-authored publications • Help organise public-facing dialogues that broaden global perspectives on SRM and related technologies • Develop and implement an outreach and capacity-building strategy expanding Global Majority participation and amplifying underrepresented perspectives • Coordinate and execute engagement with the United Nations, including logistics, representation at meetings and events, consultations and multilateral processes • Contribute research, analysis, briefings and publications advancing the Climate Interventions Team’s work • Monitor, evaluate and report on partnership development and engagement outcomes • Strengthen team processes, knowledge management and cross-programme collaboration • Travel regularly to Brussels, partner locations and relevant international meetings and conferences worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in international engagement, partnerships or multilateral work • Demonstrated experience navigating international fora and multilateral processes, including UN bodies and processes, international institutions, and regional organisations • Strong, credible network across international policy, civil society and/or multilateral spaces • Ability to build new relationships quickly and authentically • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills • Strategic thinking and pragmatic attitude • Ability to transform ideas into action • Excellent written communication skills • Prior knowledge of SRM and climate interventions is welcome but not required • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and regularly • Fluent professional English • Additional languages are an asset, particularly those spoken widely across Africa, Asia, Latin America or the Middle East • Compassion, intellectual humility, collaboration, and willingness to question preconceptions on controversial issues
