📋 Description

• Represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. • Selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing new York Dealers. • Develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. • Provide leadership coaching throughout your career. • Support internal and external customers with technical commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies. • Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and increase margins. • Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary. • Post-sale support as required. Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge • 5+ years of customer service experience • Experience supporting the sales team • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software. • Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills. • Effective and professional communication and organization skills. • Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
