📋 Description

• Support development of best-in-class product portfolio management and governance practices within Castrol and the broader organization • Manage and govern the entire Lubricants Product Portfolio • Ensure compliance with and continuously improve the portfolio management process and established product standards • Monitor, maintain, and improve product lifecycle management tools and critical metrics • Champion the digital agenda in product portfolio governance and management • Perform business analysis to develop insights and actionable recommendations to reduce portfolio complexity and improve profitability • Work with product managers and Performance Units to meet complexity targets, profitability thresholds, and proactive end-of-life management • Act as the first point of contact for portfolio enquiries and assist with access, data, and tools • Monitor operational compliance across markets, marketing, functions, and businesses, leading corrections where deviations occur • Support preparation and facilitation of the monthly Product Decision Board for senior leaders and VPs • Lead ad-hoc projects or interventions across the project portfolio, processes, or tools

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical experience and ability to use analytics to solve problems and make decisions • Experience handling and analysing large amounts of data using Power BI desirable • Product management experience • Excellent attention to detail and data rigour • Project management or prior project participation • Practical experience with Agile methodologies desirable • Ability to develop good relationships and form a global business network • Ability to learn a complex global product portfolio and matrix organization • Strong change management and project skills • Robust data management and analytical skills • Problem-solving ability • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Self-motivated and able to lead projects • Ability to analyse, interpret, and present large volumes of data • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong prioritization and time-planning skills
