📋 Description
• Atender oportunamente las inquietudes, preguntas, reclamos o solicitudes de los clientes. • Registrar la información obtenida tras atender a un cliente o usuario. • Conocer a profundidad los productos o servicios para brindar la información adecuada al cliente. • Cumplir las reglas, manuales, procedimientos, comunicaciones internas o cualquier otro tipo de documento del empleador y/o la empresa usuaria. • Realizar análisis de datos y generar informes cuando sea necesario. • Demás funciones asignadas por su jefe inmediato relacionadas con el cargo.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachiller académico culminado • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en Call Center • Disponibilidad de tiempo completo • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas • Orientación al detalle, organización y excelente servicio al cliente.
