📋 Description

• Create and administer Microsoft 365 user accounts • Manage mailboxes, email configurations, Microsoft licenses, user access, and permissions • Create and administer Dropbox accounts, permissions, shared folders, and licenses • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes in Monday.com • Track tasks and workflow updates and ensure internal processes are completed correctly • Manage technical support tickets in Zoho Desk • Diagnose, document, resolve, and escalate technical incidents • Maintain updated records of support cases • Provide internal user support via chat, email, calls, or remote access • Resolve software, hardware, access, and application issues • Manage permissions and access to business platforms • Support employee onboarding and offboarding • Document technical procedures and solutions • Collaborate with different areas to ensure efficient operations • Support basic Shopify-related inquiries or incidents when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support • Practical experience administering Microsoft 365, including users, licenses, mailboxes, permissions, and access • Experience managing users and permissions in cloud platforms • Knowledge of Dropbox, Monday.com, and Zoho Desk or similar ticketing systems • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems • Professional written and spoken English • Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills • Basic Shopify knowledge is an advantage
