📋 Description

• Develop and maintain PHP (Laravel) systems, ensuring high backend availability, reliability, and performance • Investigate and resolve bugs using logs, metrics, and observability tools • Identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements • Assist with operational queries and reports • Automate recurring processes to empower internal teams • Use AI tools and agents to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and refactoring • Critically evaluate AI-generated code • Collaborate with QA, Product, and PO/PM teams • Document deliverables and maintain cross-functional communication • Understand the product context, propose improvements, and contribute to team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience with PHP 8+ and the Laravel framework • Advanced proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful APIs • Advanced proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) • Hands-on experience with Docker • Familiarity or hands-on experience with Kubernetes • Experience with monitoring and log/metrics analysis tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and OpenSearch • Structured approach to investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and proposing sustainable solutions • Interest in or experience with Go (Golang), concurrency, or low-level programming languages • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), CI/CD, messaging systems, and large-scale data volumes (Data Lake) • Experience integrating AI assistants, such as Copilot and ChatGPT, into development workflows and code automation • Participation in technical decision-making guided by business impact and product metrics • English proficiency
