📋 Description

• Build custom WordPress themes, Gutenberg blocks using ACF or React, and plugins from provided designs • Translate mockups into responsive, accessible frontend code using HTML, CSS/SASS, and modern JavaScript • Work within Drupal for client sites, including theming, content types, and module-level troubleshooting • Diagnose and fix frontend and backend issues across various CMS platforms • Collaborate with designers, consultants, and occasionally clients to solve problems and refine implementations • Use AI tools such as Claude Code to plan and execute aspects of large projects • Turn mockups into fast, accessible, well-crafted websites for clients across various industries

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience • 3+ years building and customizing WordPress sites, including Gutenberg block development using ACF or React-based blocks • Strong HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript fundamentals • Solid working knowledge of PHP 7.x/8.x • Practical Drupal experience in theming, content architecture, or module-level work • Familiarity with WordPress hooks/filters and LAMP-stack conventions, including MySQL and Git • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating in a remote, client-facing environment • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code • Experience with React or Angular • Experience with Laravel or Symfony • Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments • Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms
