• Own, maintain, and prioritize the rolling roadmap and backlog for the RGS platform layer, including core server-side services, session/reporting infrastructure, performance, scalability, and technical debt. • Lead the roadmap for framework-level gamification tools (tournaments, jackpots, free-round, and bonusing) across multiple games, coordinating across products (Fuze, Hub, PAM) to drive engagement and business goals. • Drive product decisions to seamlessly connect the RGS into bragg's Hub and Aggregation products, optimizing onboarding flows, APIs, and reporting/data integration. • Own RGS-level jurisdictional settings, responsible gambling controls, and regulatory reporting hooks in partnership with Product Compliance, ensuring all requirements are documented and ready before target go-live dates. • Serve as the primary point of contact translating business, regulatory, and integration requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while balancing trade-offs between Commercial, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering. • Prioritize backlog value alongside VP Delivery and lead core Agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint/PI planning, reviews) with the Content RGS engineering team. • Define and track key platform metrics, such as release cadence, integration lead times, compliance configuration turnaround, and defect escape rates. • Partner with QA and Compliance to ensure platform features and regulatory settings are fully certified and deployment-ready ahead of schedules. • Provide transparent roadmap visibility and status updates to Commercial, Business Development, and executive leadership. • Coordinate continuously with Studio Product Owners to align platform-level and game-level roadmaps without overlapping ownership.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally on platform, infrastructure, or integration products within iGaming or another heavily regulated digital sector • Proven track record owning compliance- or regulation-driven product updates across multiple complex gaming jurisdictions • Hands-on experience delivering gamification frameworks (e.g., jackpots, tournaments, bonusing systems) at a platform or systems level • Proven mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, comfortable partnering with engineering teams on API-driven platform products and participating in architectural discussions • Demonstrated ability to integrate Generative AI into the engineering workflow to speed up debugging, automate routine coding tasks, and enhance architecture design and problem-solving. • Working knowledge of Remote Game Server architecture, session handling, reporting, and aggregation/hub models (nice-to-haves) • Deep understanding of game design or game math principles (nice-to-haves) • Experience using advanced analytical frameworks to guide complex architectural and commercial trade-offs (nice-to-haves).
