📋 Description

• Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers in the region, Spain, partly Portugal and other European countries • Provide after-sales service, including diagnosis, service, maintenance and repairs • Act as the technical Brainlab face to customers by communicating efficiently and responding appropriately to problems • Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance services • Familiarize physicist teams with Brainlab products; dedicated trainer team performs further customer training • Provide full service satisfaction to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technicians or equivalent • Very good knowledge in the field of informatics • Experience in diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure and networking topics • Good knowledge of linear accelerators is an advantage • Prior experience in service/maintenance in the field of robotics and/or electro mechanics • Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken • Excellent social, team-work and self-management skills • Willingness to travel around 80% of the time • Ability to work independently • Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
