📋 Description
• Skillfully and routinely resolve errors and malfunctions via remote access • Prioritise, classify, and document issues in our ticketing system • Confidently forward tickets to appropriate support units if unresolved • Manage and monitor tickets within service level agreements • Value knowledge sharing and maintain documentation in knowledge database
🎯 Requirements
• Strong customer service orientation and multitasking ability • Excellent teamwork and communication skills • Proper phone etiquette and active listening • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Several years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk • Very good English • Very good German • At least one of the following languages: Czech, Dutch
