📋 Description

• Organize, review, and maintain BAM!'s training content library across Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides) and our Moodle LMS • Publish and update training modules, ensuring content is accurate, current, and accessible to the right audiences • Collect and synthesize feedback from instructors, program managers, and leadership to inform content improvements • Maintain version control and naming conventions across all training assets • Assist the COO and Ops team in building training modules, slide decks, and facilitator scripts using tools including Claude AI, ChatGPT, Google Slides, and other relevant platforms • Support the creation of visually engaging, clearly written training materials aligned to BAM!'s instructional standards • Contribute to the writing, editing, and quality review of scripts, assessments, and module copy • Coordinate instructor training sessions in partnership with BAM!'s Operations Directors and Program Managers • Manage scheduling logistics, calendar coordination, and communication with training participants • Track training completion and flag gaps in compliance or participation

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a training, operations, education, or content coordination role • Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail • Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar) • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to support content creation and editing • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Collaborative, proactive attitude — comfortable asking questions and flagging issues early
