📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain structured employee onboarding programs for new hires. • Develop and deliver compliance training to meet company policies and legal requirements. • Create engaging and scalable leadership and management development programs. • Coordinate and document product and system training for different departments. • Utilize LMS (Learning Management System) to assign, track, and report training progress and certifications. • Collaborate with HR, team leads, and department heads to identify training needs and close performance gaps. • Analyze training outcomes and make recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback. • Ensure all training content is current, accessible, and aligned with company values and goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field • 2+ years of experience in corporate training, L&D, or employee development (not just general HR) • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and tracking learning progress • Strong content development and facilitation skills (online and in-person) • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices • Nice to Have: Experience in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, iSpring) • Background in HR, talent management, or employee engagement • Certification in Training & Development or Instructional Design.
