• Masters degree, PhD or EdD degree in educational psychology, adult learning, or health professions education • At least one to two years of experience providing academic counseling to medical students at an allopathic or osteopathic medical school. • Demonstrated proficiency in translating student learning theory to individual learning plans, student centered academic counseling and learning strategy aligned to medical education curricular blocks. • Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills for relational engagement across a diverse population of students with varying learning and support needs. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, independently, as part of a team, and across units/leadership.
