• Manage and support a caseload of at least 100 apprentices across programs such as electricians, construction craft laborers, and operators • Track progress in Related Technical Instruction and completion of the ProScore curriculum modules • Coordinate logistics and provide ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program participation • Register apprentices in the ProScore portal and ensure required documentation is completed and signed • Maintain accurate program records and assist with compliance reporting • Collaborate with instructors and external training partners delivering instruction through: NCCER and Pearson • Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and improve apprentice outcomes • Support new initiatives and process improvements as projects evolve
• 3-5 years of experience in workforce development or training administration • Proficiency with workplace productivity tools including: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset • Willingness to learn and adapt as new projects and responsibilities emerge
