• Engage schools through cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person meetings, securing high-revenue partnerships. • Cultivate long-lasting partnerships with school decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning our programs for student success. • Strategically manage a pipeline through Salesforce, ensuring effective follow-ups and hitting seasonal and quarterly sales targets. • Showcase BAM!’s impactful STEM, Arts, and Sports programs, tailored to meet the unique needs of schools. • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth program delivery and customer satisfaction. • Be the face of BAM! at conferences, trade shows, and field visits (up to 50% travel or in-field visits).
• Strong experience in selling services to schools • You’ve closed $3M-$10M in annual sales, ideally within education or EdTech. • Master at building and maintaining relationships with schools, particularly through programs like ELOP or other educational funding. • You consistently exceed sales targets and are driven to grow BAM!’s presence in Los Angeles and surrounding counties. • Able to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment. • Confident communicator, skilled at pitching tailored solutions that meet school needs.
