📋 Description

• Manage operational deal execution across all phases of the D4U EXIT system • Coordinate the optimization process, data room setup, investor briefings, offer negotiations, LOI, due diligence, signing, and migration • Monitor interfaces between teams and ensure that no issues are delayed or left unresolved • Support client and buyer discussions • Prepare independent status updates and guide buyer teams through due diligence • Work as co-lead with Lucas during the first year, gradually taking over complete mandates • Plan mandates, track milestones, and manage backend coordination through Monday and the performance tracker • Manage in-house teams across Finance & Tax, E-Commerce & Operations, Deal Management, and Marketing & PR • Use Claude, GPT, n8n, and Make to improve deal workflow efficiency • Prepare and compare buyer offers • Support LOI and purchase agreement negotiations • Support buyer management and objection handling during due diligence

🎯 Requirements

• Completed M&A internship or initial full-time experience with deal-related responsibilities • Basic knowledge and understanding of the process logic of LOIs, due diligence, SPAs, APAs, and data rooms • Strong affinity for digital tools and AI • Ability to quickly learn and use Monday, Google Workspace, Loom, the performance tracker, Claude, n8n, and Make • Independent use of AI for research, content preparation, and workflow automation • Native-level German proficiency • Fluent English • Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Notion, or Asana • E-commerce expertise, e.g. Amazon FBA, Shopify, D2C, TACOS/ROAS, Sellerboard, and supply chain mechanics (preferred) • 1–4 years of professional experience in a deal-related environment (preferred) • Advanced M&A experience with German LOI, SPA, and APA contract structures, as well as insight into the e-commerce investor landscape (preferred) • Excellent self-organization and the ability to track multiple live deals in parallel • Strong commitment to communication, status reporting, and proactive escalation • Fast grasp of complex deal structures and M&A topics • Structured working style and strong organizational skills • High resilience, ambition, and self-confidence • Willingness to go the extra mile when required
