📋 Description

• Deliver live digital teaching sessions for the TQ4 and TQ5 partial qualifications for trainees in the E‑Commerce apprenticeship (Kaufmann/Kauffrau im E‑Commerce) • Teach relevant topics across Digital Marketing, E‑Commerce and online sales • Prepare participants specifically for the IHK competency assessments • Convey exam-relevant content, methods and practice-oriented assignments • Use realistic case studies, exercises, key performance indicators and practical examples • Support participants with varying learning levels and prior knowledge • Provide assistance with subject-related questions and individual learning needs • Contribute to the development and improvement of teaching materials and learning formats • Work closely with the Academy and instructor team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an instructor or trainer in the TQ4 and TQ5 partial qualifications for the E‑Commerce merchant occupation (Kaufmann/Kauffrau im E‑Commerce) • Experience preparing participants for IHK competency assessments • Solid practical experience in online marketing and e‑commerce • Confident, practice-oriented delivery of TQ4 and TQ5 content • Knowledge of SEO, SEA (Search Engine Advertising/PPC), social media, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics and tracking • Knowledge of CRM, customer journey, campaign management, KPIs and conversion optimization • Knowledge of e‑commerce and omnichannel management • Experience in adult education • Strong didactic and communication skills • Structured and independent way of working • Confident use of digital learning and communication tools • Excellent German language skills • Pedagogical qualification, e.g. trainer qualification according to AEVO, is a plus
