📋 Description

• Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria • Translate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations • Own delivery of the platform and guide clients on best practices • Build AI agents integrating with customer systems, data sources, and APIs • Conduct ad hoc workshops with client teams • Write production-quality code supporting integrations, logic, and workflows • Own deployments, including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement • Test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform • Contribute to tools, documentation, and delivery practices that help the team scale • Deploy Agentic systems into production at major enterprises

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional software engineering experience • Solid technical background as a backend engineer, full-stack engineer, or a profile close to solutions architect • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems • Experience leading architecture decisions • Generalist software engineering approach and ability to tackle new challenges across technologies • Experience integrating platforms into customer environments using APIs, cloud infrastructure, MCP, and production data flows • Comfortable working directly with customers and owning ambiguous problems • Clear communication skills and a strong ownership mindset • Familiarity with AI / LLMs and genuine interest in building practical AI-powered systems • Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI tools • Availability for occasional travel to local clients • English proficiency
