• Responsible for handling your own case load of litigation matters involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. • Join a collaborative team with the supportive backbone of a larger firm.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment. • Experienced in managing litigation cases independently from start to finish, including developing and implementing strategy, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, coordinating with experts, law and motion practice, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, trial preparation, and mediations (trial experience is a plus!). • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, along with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes. • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Current admission to the State Bar of California is required. • ***Fully remote and hybrid options available.
