📋 Description

• Represent mortgage lenders and investor clients in commercial and residential foreclosure, title disputes and real estate litigation • Manage case load of contested matters on behalf of residential and commercial mortgage lenders and investors • Appear in court and argue motions necessary to the successful completion of both routine and contested foreclosure, eviction, title curative/ title disputes, HOA/COA issues and other matters • Communicate with clients regularly for updates and case resolution • Analyze loan files, title reports and other client documents. Draft motions and prepare written discovery and responses. Attend trials • Legal research and writing are required

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree, licensed in Georgia and in good standing with the Georgia Bar • Minimum 1-8 years relevant Litigation experience preferred • Minimum 1-8 years motion practice experience • Minimum 1-8 years courtroom experience • Knowledge of Georgia Mortgage Foreclosure Law is helpful, not required • Knowledge of Georgia Code of Civil Procedure and Supreme Court Rules • Previous experience with foreclosure litigation involving residential and commercial property is a plus
