📋 Description
• responsible for all aspects of the workers’ compensation case • evaluating the merits of the case • providing guidance and counsel to the clients • creating litigation plans • creating budget plans • conducting discovery • traveling to court and other appearances • trying cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction • composing motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents • preparing cases for trial • communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
🎯 Requirements
• at least 5 years experience in the defense of workers’ compensation cases
