📋 Description

• Operational and functional leadership of a cluster within the Onsite Operations & Enablement team • Ensuring operational excellence and managing the cluster • Ensuring defined quality standards in the operational maintenance of onsite product, image, and text content • Promoting effective collaboration within the cluster • Managing operational workload and planning capacities and resources • Responsibility for onboarding new and existing employees • Shared responsibility for recruiting and the continued development of the cluster and its employees • Monitoring and enhancing cluster performance, processes, and tools • Analyzing relevant KPIs and developing measures to improve operational excellence • Developing, optimizing, and establishing workflows and processes for content maintenance, publishing, and onsite product management • Enhancing tools for content and product maintenance • Developing the cluster roadmap and driving innovative, long-term solutions • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional topics and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree • At least 5–8 years of professional experience in e-commerce • In-depth knowledge of onsite merchandising, content management, or comparable fields • Proven experience in process optimization and tool enhancement • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel • In-depth knowledge of KPIs, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making • Initial experience in functional team leadership • Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey content appropriately to different target audiences • Structured, independent working style with a high degree of initiative
