📋 Description

• Responsibility for day-to-day POS operations • Close collaboration with the Retail team and POS project management • Managing logistics for counters, spare parts, and refits through on-time delivery to stores • Managing the merchandising agency, including briefing, visit schedules, and quality control • Organizing maintenance and handling complaints through to complete resolution • Translating retail planning into refits and refreshes • Making processes measurable and continuously improving them • Monitoring flawless counter installations, repair turnaround times, and refits approved on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on POS or merchandising experience in a multi-site retail environment, on the brand, agency, or retailer side • Demonstrated ability, with an example, to maintain a stable operational state over several months • Willingness to conduct occasional store checks at locations across Germany • Proficiency with Sheets, Excel, or Airtable • Fluent German and very good English • Ideally, experience in beauty, cosmetics, or supplements, particularly with in-store counters in the drugstore retail channel, on the brand or agency side • Ideally, knowledge of spare-parts or furniture logistics • Ideally, experience with Airtable, ClickUp, or photo-reporting tools • Ideally, experience maintaining an asset register or similar data records
