📋 Description

• Operational and functional leadership of a cluster within the Onsite Operations & Enablement team • Ensuring operational excellence and managing the cluster • Ensuring defined quality standards for the operational maintenance of onsite product, image, and text content • Providing functional leadership for the cluster and fostering effective collaboration • Managing workloads and planning capacity and resources • Responsibility for onboarding, with shared responsibility for recruiting and the development of the cluster and its employees • Monitoring and continuously improving cluster performance, processes, and tools • Analyzing relevant KPIs and developing measures to enhance operational excellence • Developing and optimizing workflows for content maintenance, publication, and onsite product management • Further developing tools for content and product maintenance • Further developing the cluster roadmap • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional topics

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree • At least 5–8 years of professional experience in e-commerce • In-depth knowledge of onsite merchandising, content management, or comparable areas • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and tool development • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • In-depth knowledge of metrics, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making • Initial experience in functional team leadership • Ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different target audiences • Structured, independent working style with a high level of initiative
