📋 Description

• Operational and functional leadership of a cluster within the Onsite Operations & Enablement team • Ensuring operational excellence and defined quality standards in maintaining onsite product, image, and text content • Providing functional direction to the cluster and fostering effective collaboration • Managing operational workload and planning capacity and resources • Responsibility for onboarding new and existing employees • Supporting recruitment and the ongoing development of the cluster and its employees • Monitoring and analyzing cluster performance based on relevant KPIs • Developing concrete measures to improve operational excellence • Developing, optimizing, and establishing efficient workflows and processes for content maintenance, publication, and onsite article management • Further developing tools for content and article management • Continuously developing the cluster roadmap and driving innovative, long-term solutions • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional topics and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree • At least 5–8 years of professional experience in e-commerce • Strong knowledge of onsite merchandising, content management, or comparable areas • Proven experience in process optimization and tool development • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel • Strong expertise in handling metrics, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making • Initial experience in the functional leadership of teams • Ability to foster effective collaboration with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders • Highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information appropriately to different target audiences • Structured, independent approach to work with a high degree of initiative
