📋 Description

• Provide operational and functional leadership for a cluster within the Onsite Operations & Enablement team • Ensure operational excellence and manage the cluster • Ensure defined quality standards for the operational maintenance of onsite product, image, and text content • Manage operational workload and plan capacities and resources • Onboard new and existing employees • Share responsibility for recruiting and the development of the cluster and its employees • Monitor and further develop cluster performance based on relevant KPIs • Develop specific measures to increase operational excellence • Develop, optimize, and establish efficient workflows and processes for content maintenance, publishing, and onsite product management • Further develop tools for content and product maintenance • Further develop the cluster roadmap and drive innovative, long-term solutions • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional topics and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree • At least 5–8 years of professional experience in e-commerce • In-depth knowledge of onsite merchandising, content management, or comparable areas • Proven experience in process optimization and tool development • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel • In-depth knowledge of metrics, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making • Initial experience in functional team leadership • Ability to foster effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different target audiences • Structured, self-directed working style with a high degree of initiative
