📋 Description

• Provide operational and functional leadership for a cluster within the Onsite Operations & Enablement team • Ensure operational excellence and oversee cluster operations • Ensure defined quality standards for the operational maintenance of onsite product, image, and text content • Provide functional guidance to the cluster and foster effective collaboration • Manage the operational workload and plan capacities and resources • Take responsibility for onboarding new and existing employees • Co-responsibility for recruiting and the further development of the cluster and its employees • Monitor and further develop cluster performance, processes, and tools • Analyze relevant KPIs and develop concrete measures to improve operational excellence • Develop, optimize, and establish efficient workflows and processes for content maintenance, publishing, and onsite product management • Further develop tools for content and product maintenance • Further develop the cluster roadmap and drive innovative, long-term solutions • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional topics and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree • At least 5–8 years of professional experience in e-commerce • In-depth knowledge of onsite merchandising, content management, or comparable areas • Proven experience in process optimization and tool development • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel • In-depth knowledge of working with metrics, conducting performance monitoring, and deriving data-driven decisions • Initial experience in functional team leadership • Strong ability to foster effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders • Highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey content appropriately to different target audiences • Structured, independent way of working with a high degree of initiative
